Treatment Plan

Step 1: CO₂ Laser Scar Revision with Subcision

What it does: CO₂ laser resurfaces the skin, while manual subcision releases tethered scars beneath the
surface for smoother texture. (CO2 Laser Resurfacing: This treatment uses fractional carbon dioxide lasers to remove layers of damaged skin and precisely ablate scar tissue. The laser energy stimulates collagen production, which helps remodel the skin and reduce the appearance of scars. Our CO2 lasers are considered the gold standard for scar revision)

Best for: Deep, pitted, rolling, and boxcar acne scars.

Step 2: RF Microneedling (4–6 weeks later)

What it does: Stimulates collagen and elastin, further smoothing and tightening the skin.
(Microneedling: Performed 4–6 weeks after CO2 resurfacing, microneedling creates controlled micro-injuries in the skin to further stimulate collagen and elastin production. This enhances skin renewal, improves texture, and can be combined with PRP (platelet-rich plasma) or for even better results)
